The Nutrition Hub operates this program on behalf of The Message Church, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit religious organization led by Bishop Rick Garrett. The Nutrition Hub is the entity that collects and processes subscriber opt-in data; the text messages you receive contain The Message Church’s worship reminders, prayer alerts, scripture encouragement, and event notifications.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our opt-in form, or by texting JOIN or START to our messaging number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from The Message Church.

Your personal information, including your mobile phone number, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.
All content sent via The Message Church SMS program, including scripture, messages, and announcements, is the property of The Message Church or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute Church content for commercial purposes without written consent.
The Nutrition Hub provides SMS communications on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Nutrition Hub and The Message Church, and their respective officers, staff, and volunteers, from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our communications.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our SMS program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazoria County, Texas.
