1. Acceptance of Terms

By opting into text message communications from The Message Church, visiting our website at tmsgc.church, or participating in any Church programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not opt in or use our services.

3. SMS Text Message Program

Message content includes:

• Weekly scripture encouragement
• Sunday worship service reminders
• Tuesday 5 AM morning prayer call alerts and Zoom links
• Wednesday Bible study reminders
• Community event announcements
• Pastoral care check-ins

• Message frequency: Approximately 4–6 messages per week. Frequency may vary based on Church events and seasons.
• Message & data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS and data apply. Contact your carrier for details.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
• To get help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at the address above.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership, attendance, or participation in any Church program or activity.

4. How to Opt In

You may opt in to our SMS program by:

• Completing the opt-in form at tmsgc.easyaiflows.com/optin and checking the consent checkbox, or
• Texting JOIN or START to our Church messaging number

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from The Message Church. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, text START or JOIN to our number at any time.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide a valid mobile phone number that belongs to you
• Notify us if you change your phone number
• Use Church communications for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not use any Church communications for unlawful purposes

7. Privacy

Your personal information, including your mobile phone number, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content sent via The Message Church SMS program, including scripture, messages, and announcements, is the property of The Message Church or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute Church content for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Message Church provides SMS communications on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network outages, or factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to the Church in the preceding 12 months, if any.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Message Church, its officers, staff, and volunteers from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of our communications.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our SMS program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
